1. A critique is a form of a constructive opinion on a photo or a photo report. It is connected at the same time with a number of points you give to a given user. The critique must be supported by well-grounded arguments and cannot consist only of short expressions. The user, depending on its rank, has a daily limit of critiques.
2. A comment is a form of a casual statement and does not have to be supported by arguments. It can contain short expressions, such as extra photo, a beautiful photo report, etc. Comments can be used when you want to join a discussion without rating a photo or a photo report. For comments no daily limit is imposed so you can comment as much as you like.
